Job description
Avir Vista is seeking a qualified Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) to join our family in Texas City. The LNFA will lead a high-performing team, build a positive culture, and ensure resident well‑being while directing operations with integrity and compassion.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration, two years’ LTC administrator experience, and an active state LNFA license.
