Our skilled Nursing facility is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our team!
Location: (Steuben County)
Pay range: $140,000 - $170,000
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring exceptional patient care and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the facility, including patient care, staff supervision, and administrative tasks
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve overall quality of care and patient satisfaction
Oversee staff training and development, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality care delivery
Collaborate with the Medical Director and other department leaders to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
Analyze and report on facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referring physicians, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or relevant leadership role
Licensed in NYS as LNHA
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient care delivery, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in data analysis and presentation
