Avir Vista is seeking a qualified Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) to join our family!
We are searching for a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose of this role is oversee the facility in a professional and respectful manner that enables the facility to use its resourceseffectively and efficiently to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocialwell-being of each resident.

Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA):
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related.
Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills
