Job description
Fair Haven Senior Living is seeking a strong, hands‑on leader to oversee our Short‑Term Rehab and Long‑Term Care community in Decatur, Illinois. We’re looking for someone who knows skilled nursing, enjoys developing teams, and can balance quality resident care with strong day‑to‑day operations.
You’ll have the support of an experienced leadership team while still having the opportunity to lead, build, and make the community your own.
What You’ll Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of the community
Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Mentor and support department leaders and staff
Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture
Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational goals
Maintain strong survey readiness and regulatory standards
Build relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners
Identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall performance
What We’re Looking For
Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care leadership experience
3+ years of leadership experience in a SNF/LTC setting
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
