We are seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our community and help guide us into this exciting new chapter. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands the importance of building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff while maintaining a culture centered around quality care and accountability.

Requirements:
Licensure/Certification:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home facility, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care in a supportive environment. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a culture of respect and communication while managing resources effectively.
Valid Missouri LNHA Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Strong knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing nursing homes.
Experience:
Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator within a Skilled Nursing Home facility.
Experience in memory care or assisted living is highly desirable.
