Elevate Care Corporate Office is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations of a skilled nursing facility in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. The role focuses on resident care quality, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
You will manage budgets, drive survey readiness, and census growth while partnering with department heads. Active IL LNHA license and 2+ years of administrator experience in skilled nursing are required.
