Job description
Middleton Village Nursing And Rehab is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the 24-hour operation of the facility in Middleton, Wisconsin. The role requires strong leadership, compliance with regulations, and the ability to coordinate with directors to manage budgets, census, and quality of care.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of admin experience, a Wisconsin LNHA license, and outstanding communication and organizational skills.
