A growing healthcare organization is looking for a driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA) to lead operations and make a meaningful impact in the Buffalo, NY area.
The Opportunity
Take the lead on facility performance, develop a strong management team, drive census growth, strengthen staffing and quality outcomes, and guide the facility toward continued operational success while maintaining NYS regulatory compliance.
What You Bring
Active New York State LNHA license
Skilled nursing facility administration experience
Knowledge of NYS regulations and survey readiness
A track record of leading teams and improving operational results
