Job description
A well-established skilled nursing provider is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations at a Florida facility. This is a stable, long-term leadership opportunity for someone who values quality care, team development, and operational excellence.
Salary:
$150,000 - $180,000 (DOE)
Requirements:
Active Florida LNHA license in good standing
Strong track record with surveys, compliance, and census growth
Hands-on leadership style with ability to build strong teams
Experience in Florida skilled nursing settings preferred
Stable work history (not interim roles)
3+ years of Administrator experience preferred
