Looking for your next skilled nursing leadership opportunity? A well-established SNF near Hudson, NY is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the facility and drive results across operations, quality, staffing, and financial performance.
In this role, you will:
Lead facility operations and department heads
Drive census, financial, and performance goals
Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance
Identify opportunities to strengthen quality and efficiency
Build a strong, accountable leadership team
Ideal candidate:
Active NY LNHA license
Proven SNF administration experience
Strong knowledge of NYS regulations and surveys
Solid operational and financial management background
