Aspire Senior Living Malden is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Malden, MO. Responsibilities:
Administer daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, including clinical, dietary, and environmental care services
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Lead and manage a team of caregivers, nurses, and support staff to achieve exceptional patient care outcomes
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth and development
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Foster strong relationships with families, residents, and community partners
