Aspire Senior Living Platte City, a premier skilled nursing facility located in Platte City, MO, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team. We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
About the Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Administration and Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining a high level of quality care and services.
Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other support staff.
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality improvement programs to ensure that our facility maintains the highest standards of care and service.
Communication: Collaborate with our clinical team, families, and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
License: Current License as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Missouri
Experience: Minimum of (number of years) years of experience in a long-term care setting, with a focus on administration and management
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (nursing, healthcare administration, etc.)
