KeyResponsibilities
AstheLicensedNursingHomeAdministrator,youwillberesponsibleforthefacility’soveralloperationsandclinicalandfinancialsuccess.Responsibilitiesinclude:
Maintainingbudgetcomplianceandfinancialperformance
Overseeingdailyfacilityoperations
Supportingstaffrecruitment,development,andretention
Ensuringcompliancewithfederal,state,andlocalregulations
Buildingpositiverelationshipswithresidentsandtheirfamilies
Supportingmarketingandcensus-developmentinitiatives
Providingleadershipandoversighttoallfacilitydepartments
Promotingacultureofqualitycare,accountability,andteamwork
Qualifications
CurrentNursingHomeAdministratorlicenseintheapplicablestate
Strongknowledgeofmanagedcareandhigh-volumeMedicareoperations
Sound,professionaljudgmentanddecision-makingskills
Abilitytocollect,analyze,andeffectivelymanagedata
Strongleadership,communication,andorganizationalskills
Abilitytomaintainprofessionalworkingrelationshipswithassociates,residents,families,vendors,andcommunitypartners
