Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glade Valley is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead its team and oversee day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader with strong experience in long‑term care operations, regulatory compliance, team development, and resident satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator who can build a strong culture while maintaining high standards of care and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
Provide leadership and support to department heads and facility staff
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Maintain a strong focus on quality of care and resident satisfaction
Drive employee engagement, retention, and accountability
Oversee census development, financial performance, and operational goals
Partner with clinical leadership to maintain strong clinical and regulatory outcomes
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners
Promote a positive, team‑oriented facility culture

Qualifications:
Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator strongly preferred
Skilled nursing/long‑term care experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of CMS regulations and state‑specific long‑term care requirements
Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance
