Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Job Summary:

Ridgewood Manor, a Medicare & Medicaid certified skilled nursing center, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team in Maumee, Ohio. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients, and fostering a positive work environment for our staff.

Responsibilities:

Lead and direct the administrative team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility

Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with state and federal regulations, as well as Ridgewood Manor's standards

Collaborate with the DON to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our patients

Manage and supervise the facility's staff, including nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid certifications

Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and community partners

Oversee the facility's budget, including financial planning and management

Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes staff engagement and job satisfaction

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Ohio

Prior experience in a long-term care setting, preferably as a Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant Administrator

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and customer service

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
