What You'll Do

As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will:

Provide overall leadership for daily facility operations

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Drive quality measures and survey readiness

Lead financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency

Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional department leaders and staff

Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident satisfaction

Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and the community

Partner with regional leadership to achieve strategic goals and operational excellence

Qualifications

Current Virginia Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or related field required

Master's degree preferred

Previous leadership experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred

Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, census development, financial management, employee engagement, and quality improvement

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $140,000–$150,000 annually

Compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, demonstrated leadership success, and overall fit for the role.
