What They’ll Do
Provide overall leadership and direction for the community
Build, motivate, and develop a strong leadership team
Create a positive culture for residents and employees
Oversee daily operations, staffing, financial performance, and quality
Partner closely with nursing and department leaders
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Focus on employee engagement and retention
Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community
Identify opportunities to improve census, operations, and overall performance
What They’re Looking For
Current Indiana Health Facility Administrator license
Long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience
Strong operational and financial management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A leader who is visible, approachable, and engaged
Someone who can hold a team accountable while still making work enjoyable
A passion for senior care and developing great teams
