Job description
South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide resident-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. In this on-site role, you will complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one interventions to improve ADLs, functional mobility, safety, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes, and educate patients and families.
