Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Mount Morris, IL. Join a skilled nursing facility team providing high-quality care and collaborative clinical development.
Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create care plans; maintain documentation; ensure physician orders are current. Must be licensed OT; NBCOT certification per state may apply.
