Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative, patient-centered team serving seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence, safety, and quality of life. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in EMR, educate patients and families, and contribute to outcome-focused rehab programs.
