Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, high-quality care to geriatric and sub-acute residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. In this field-based role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that maximize functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
