Your Impact

In this role, your mission extends beyond addressing medical symptoms — you will help individuals reconstruct their daily lives, rebuild self-esteem, and rediscover joy in ordinary moments. From assisting stroke survivors in their journey to regain fine motor skills to guiding orthopedic patients through post-operative rehabilitation, you will employ your expertise to provide personalized care that fosters resilience and independence.

Your time here will not revolve around checklists or shortcuts. Instead, you will treat each patient as a unique individual with their own story, making each therapy session a pivotal chapter in their recovery. Working alongside fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, you'll co-create rehabilitation plans tailored to the unique circumstances and aspirations of each patient you encounter.

Why You Will Adore the Team — and the City That Inspires You

We have cultivated a truly unique culture within our rehabilitation team. Here, colleagues don't merely work alongside one another — they inspire, uplift, and celebrate each other's successes, both large and small. You will belong to a supportive environment where your voice carries weight, your professional development is championed, and you can see the fruits of your labor making a real difference daily.

And then there's the backdrop of this remarkable opportunity: Chicago. A beacon of culture and inspiration, this city mesmerizes with its iconic skyline, rich architectural history, and a vibrant arts scene. Enjoy leisurely strolls along the stunning lakeshore, vibrant festivals that fill the streets, and deep-dish pizza that will make your taste buds sing. Discover bustling neighborhoods filled with music, food, and adventure as Chicago embraces both the nostalgia of its deep-rooted heritage while paving innovative paths for the future.

The city's diverse community welcomes everyone — from artists and musicians to entrepreneurs and tech innovators. Whether it's immersing yourself in a local concert, savoring delicious ethnic cuisines, or wandering through art galleries, Chicago promises a life filled with excitement, exploration, and connection.
