Your Role in Patient Care

In this position, you'll do much more than merely address symptoms—you'll be instrumental in restoring daily routines, rejuvenating self-confidence, and illuminating the joy found in life's simplest moments. From aiding stroke survivors through delicate rehabilitation to guiding orthopedic patients in regaining their mobility post-surgery, your expertise will deliver a personalized care journey that promotes resilience and autonomy.

In our setting, there are no shortcuts or checklists. Here, every patient is a unique narrative, and each therapy session represents a vital chapter in their healing process. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, you will co-create rehabilitation plans that reflect the individuality of every patient.

Why You'll Thrive with Our Team—and in This Enchanting Locale

We've built a special community here. Our therapy team doesn't merely come to work; we uplift one another, exchange insights, and celebrate every single victory together. You'll discover a workplace where your contributions are valued, your growth is cultivated, and your influence on patient lives is palpable day after day.

And then there's the breathtaking backdrop: Colorado Springs, a place that exceeds expectations and captivates the adventurous spirit. Here, majestic mountains and sweeping vistas won't just inspire you; they will invite you to explore. Your Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek someone who views occupational therapy not just as a career, but a meaningful vocation. A professional who feels joy when they see a patient regain the ability to grip items, take independent steps, or express thoughts that had been locked away.

Whether you are a well-versed OTR/L or a newly certified talent, you will flourish in our environment if you bring enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine desire to make a difference. If the prospect of merging high-quality care with an equally enriching lifestyle resonates with you, then you've found home.

Your Opportunity Awaits: Let's Create Lasting Impact Together

This is more than just a job opportunity; it's an invitation to be part of something transformative. Here, your work will shape bright futures, fuel empowering recoveries, and restore what was once thought unattainable. All this while you immerse yourself in a place celebrated for its harmony between pursuit and peace.

If you're ready to elevate your career, give back, and root yourself in a community that thrives on connection and compassion, we are excited to meet you.
