Are you an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist eager to help patients regain their independence and elevate their quality of life? If you're ready to make a significant impact while enhancing your career in an area known for its coastal beauty, warm community, and rich culture — look no further.

We're on the lookout for a full-time, licensed OTR/L to become a part of a collaborative, innovative therapy team that prioritizes creativity, connection, and results. Regardless of whether you're an experienced professional or embarking on your journey, this opportunity promises meaningful work in a locale that embraces its unique pace.

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapy practices to promote ongoing recovery at home

Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment to ensure patients continue on the path to success

Desired Skills

A genuine passion for improving lives and the intrinsic motivation to help others achieve their highest level of independence

Strong, compassionate communication skills with both clients and coworkers

Creative problem-solving abilities to adapt strategies to meet a spectrum of needs

Confidence in both independent and collaborative work as part of a close-knit team

What We Offer

A supportive, collaborative team culture focused on growth and learning

Full-time hours with adaptable scheduling options

Access to comprehensive mentorship and developmental resources

Utilization of advanced tools, facilities, and documentation systems

Engagement in innovative initiatives and quality improvement projects

Your Impact

In this role, your influence transcends conventional symptom treatment — you will play a pivotal part in restorative processes, rebuilding self-esteem, and reigniting daily joy. From leading stroke patients through meticulous fine motor exercises to guiding orthopedic patients in reclaiming mobility post-surgery, your expertise will deliver tailored, compassionate care that nurtures resilience and autonomy.

Here, we believe in personalized approaches rather than standardized checklists. You will experience every patient as a unique story, with each session serving as a vital chapter in their recovery narrative. Working side-by-side with an outstanding team of therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, you'll co-create rehabilitation strategies tailored to the individual behind each case.

Join Our Team — and Embrace the Surroundings

We have cultivated a special environment. Our rehab team goes beyond mere job execution — we uplift each other, exchange insights, and celebrate collective accomplishments (big or small). You will find an atmosphere in which your contributions matter, your personal development is championed, and your meaningful impact unfolds daily.

The backdrop you'll find yourself in is the mesmerizing Coast of Corpus Christi, a region that delights wanderers and rewards inquisitive minds. Swap bustling city life for flourishing coastal landscapes, sandy beaches that invite lazy afternoons, and vibrant marinas bustling with activity.

This community exudes warmth and creativity, with culinary delights ranging from fresh seafood shacks to beachside tacos. Stroll through coastal towns brimming with local art, inviting cafes, and spirited nightlife. It's an area that attracts a mosaic of individuals, from artists and scientists to people from all walks of life, yet it still fosters a lifestyle replete with leisurely walks along the shore and sunsets that spark inspiration.

Who You Are

We are searching for an individual who views occupational therapy as more than just a career, but rather a life's calling. Someone who experiences joy when a patient regains function, moves with renewed vigor, or articulates thoughts previously silenced.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or a recent graduate eager to make a difference, you will truly excel in our environment if you bring empathy, dedication, and adaptability to your role. If the prospect of merging exceptional care with an exceptional lifestyle excites you, this is your home.

Embark on a Journey of Meaning — Together

This is your chance to contribute to something beyond just a professional label. Here, your efforts will forge pathways to brighter futures, fuel transformative recoveries, and restore lost abilities. All this can unfold in an area recognized for harmonizing ambition with tranquility.

If you're ready to learn, give back, and immerse yourself in a caring community — we eagerly await your arrival.
