Licensed Occupational Therapist / OTR

Job Responsibilities
Craft Personalized Treatment Approaches: Assess individual patient needs and formulate tailored therapy plans aimed at achieving their functional aspirations
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily activities
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide inclusive, holistic care
Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques that enhance ongoing progress at home
Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients on the path to success
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited establishment
Continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported
Certifications Required
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
