Your Role

In this role, you will engage in far more than addressing symptoms—you will assist in restoring routines, rebuilding self-assurance, and reigniting joy in daily activities. From aiding stroke survivors in fine motor rehabilitation to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, you will dedicate your expertise to provide individualized care that nurtures resilience and self-sufficiency.

This isn't an environment for routine practices or checklists. It's a setting where every patient has a unique narrative, and every therapy session represents a significant moment in their recovery journey. You'll team up with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and support staff to co-design rehabilitation plans that reflect the distinctiveness of each patient.

Why You Will Love Working Here

We have established something extraordinary. Our rehabilitation team does not just fulfill their duties — we uplift one another, share knowledge, and celebrate every success, whether big or small. You will discover a work environment where your voice resonates, your development is supported, and your contributions make a tangible difference every day.

And then there's the backdrop: Gilbert, Arizona, a community rich with innovation and spirit. Say goodbye to concrete expanses — here, you'll revel in the stunning landscapes, from parks adorned with sun-kissed flora to biking trails that invite exploration.

The town thrives on creativity, filled with delightful eateries serving flavors from around the world, artisan shops, and lively markets. Artists, tech enthusiasts, and families come together, all while embracing a lifestyle that celebrates balance — perfectly blending busy days with relaxed evenings under clear desert skies.

Your Fit

We seek someone who views occupational therapy as more than a career, but as a true passion. Someone who beams with joy when a patient achieves a milestone, whether it's regaining the strength to use their hands or finding the words they had long lost.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or a recent graduate bursting with potential, you will flourish here if you bring heart, dedication, and compassion to your practice. If the idea of blending high-quality healthcare with a lifestyle rich in opportunity resonates with you — your journey starts here.

Join Us in Creating Meaningful Change

This is your call to be part of something greater than just a position. In this role, your efforts will shape futures, inspire recoveries, and restore hope. And you will do this in a community recognized for its vibrant energy and harmonious daily life.

So, if you're excited to grow, to contribute positively, and to immerse yourself in a caring community — we are eager to meet you.
