Creativity in problem-solving and a talent for adjusting plans based on diverse needs

Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaborate effectively within a close-knit, multidisciplinary team

Engagement in quality improvement and innovation initiatives

In your role, you will not only treat conditions but also restore routines, build confidence, and revive the joy in everyday life. Whether you are guiding individuals recovering from strokes through fine motor rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, you will dedicate your skills to providing person-centered care that promotes strength and self-sufficiency.

This is not a job focused merely on checklists or fleeting tasks. Instead, each patient represents a unique story, and each session crafted by you is a vital segment in their journey of recovery. By partnering closely with fellow therapists, physicians, and nurses, you will create rehabilitation plans that honor the individuality of the patients you serve.

Why You'll Thrive Here

In our unique atmosphere, we have cultivated a culture of support and excitement. Our rehabilitation team goes beyond routine — we uplift one another, exchange insights, and take joy in celebrating achievements together, whether they are monumental or small. Here, you will find your opinions valued, your growth nurtured, and the impact of your work recognized on a daily basis.

And there's the alluring backdrop of Greensboro, a city teeming with character and charm. Say goodbye to mundane urban environments — instead, encounter a locale filled with beautiful parks, vibrant arts, and a welcoming community. Enjoy all the delights of a city rich in history, with engaging cultural experiences, delectable cuisine, and opportunities for adventure. Whether it's strolling through botanical gardens or connecting with friendly locals at quaint cafes, Greensboro offers a lifestyle that celebrates both excitement and tranquility.

Your Ideal Fit

We seek an individual who regards occupational therapy as more than a career — it's a true calling. We are looking for someone whose heart lights up at a patient regaining the use of their hand, taking steps with less assistance, or finally expressing a thought they had previously struggled to articulate.

Regardless of whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a newly certified talent, you will flourish here if you bring your heart, enthusiasm, and humility into the workplace. If the prospect of harmonizing high-caliber patient care with a fulfilling lifestyle excites you — you've found your next home.

Join Us in Crafting Meaningful Change

This is your chance to become part of something extraordinary. Your contributions will shape lives, facilitate recoveries, and restore what matters most. And you will do so in a place that perfectly balances ambition with a sense of peace.

If you're eager to develop, give back, and immerse yourself in a community that truly cares — we eagerly await your application.
