In this position, you won't just tackle symptoms — you'll engage in restoring routines, revitalizing confidence, and rekindling joy in everyday activities. From aiding stroke survivors in refining their fine motor skills to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, you'll leverage your expertise to foster person-centered care that builds resilience and independence.

This is more than a job with checklists and shortcuts. It's a supportive environment where each patient has a unique narrative, and every therapy session signifies a pivotal moment in their recovery journey. You'll collaborate with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and social workers to craft rehabilitation plans that are as distinctive as each individual you serve.

Why You'll Love the Team — and the City That Invigorates You

We've forged something truly exceptional here. Our rehabilitation team doesn't merely clock in and out preferring instead to support one another, share insights, and celebrate achievements (both large and small) as a group. You'll discover a workplace where your perspective is valued, your development is prioritized, and your efforts are clearly reflected in positive outcomes.

And let's not overlook the surroundings: Houston, a metropolis that continually surprises and nourishes the curious spirit. Say goodbye to monotony; instead, embrace a city characterized by diverse culture, a booming culinary scene with everything from iconic Barbecue to vibrant Tex-Mex eateries, and murals that bring creativity to life against the urban backdrop. With a blend of history and innovation, Houston captures the attention of artists, entrepreneurs, and families, all flourishing amidst a lively community atmosphere. The city's neighborhoods invite exploration, whether you're hunting for food trucks, discovering local galleries, or wandering through parks bursting with flora and fauna. Here, you'll enjoy not only the hustle and bustle of a metropolitan lifestyle but also the warmth of a community that takes time for leisurely moments and gatherings under the stars.

Who We're Seeking

We're searching for a candidate who recognizes occupational therapy not simply as a career, but as a vocation. A person who beams with joy when a patient regains function, reduces their dependency, or expresses emotions that had long been buried.

Whether you're a veteran OTR/L or a freshly certified therapist eager to make an impact, you'll flourish in our environment if you bring heart, dedication, and humility to every patient interaction. If the prospect of seamlessly merging high-quality care with an enriching lifestyle resonates with you — you've found where you belong.

Join Us in Creating Meaningful Change

This is your chance to be part of something far greater than just a job title. Here, the meaningful work you do will shape futures, ignite recoveries, and restore what was once lost. And you'll be making those strides in a city widely known for its advantageous balance of vibrant energy and serene living.

If you're ready to evolve, contribute, and immerse yourself in a community that values warmth and care — we welcome you with open arms.
