What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you won't just address symptoms; you'll focus on restoring daily routines, enhancing confidence, and reigniting joy in the lives of your patients. From honing fine motor skills with stroke survivors to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, your expertise will allow you to foster patient-centered care that builds resilience and independence.

This is not a setting for surface-level care or scripted responses. Here, each patient represents a unique narrative, and every therapy session is a vital chapter in their journey toward recovery. You will collaboratively craft individualized rehabilitation plans with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers tailored to each patient's specific story.

Why You'll Love the Team — and the City That Inspires You

We've cultivated a remarkable culture within our rehabilitation team. We don't just clock in and out — we support each other, share insights, and celebrate every triumph together, big or small. You'll step into a workplace where your contributions are valued, your professional growth is encouraged, and your impact on patients is evident each day.

And the backdrop: Jacksonville, a city that surprises and delights. Say goodbye to the ordinary — here, the beaches beckon with golden sands perfect for sunset strolls, while the St. Johns River offers tranquil settings for kayaking and weekend exploration. From trendy neighborhoods filled with culture and cuisine to bustling markets and art galleries, Jacksonville pulses with creativity, serving up everything from farm-fresh dining to eclectic music.

The community thrives with originality, drawing a mix of artists, business professionals, and outdoor enthusiasts, all while moving at a pace that allows for leisurely beach days and refreshing moments along the shore.

Who We're Looking For

We seek a dedicated individual who perceives occupational therapy as more than just a job — it's a vocation. Someone who feels a surge of joy seeing a patient reclaim their ability to use their hand, walk with increased confidence, or articulate thoughts they had previously struggled to express.

Whether you're an experienced OTR/L or a passionate new graduate, you will shine if you bring energy, dedication, and a heart for healing into your practice. If you envision a flourishing career combined with a fulfilling lifestyle — you've found the right opportunity.

Let's Create Lasting Impacts — Together

This is your invitation to engage in something greater than merely a position. Here, your contributions will influence lives, rejuvenate spirits, and restore what was lost. And you'll do all this in a thriving city celebrated for its balance of ambition and tranquility.

If you're ready to elevate your career, give back to the community, and connect with a region that truly cares — we're eager to meet you.
