Your Role in Impacting Lives

In this position, you will transcend mere symptom treatment—you will aid in the restoration of daily routines, foster renewed confidence, and rekindle a sense of joy in life. Whether you're guiding stroke survivors through rehabilitation or helping orthopedic patients reclaim mobility post-surgery, your expertise will be the key to delivering patient-centered care that builds resilience and supports independence.

Here, we don't believe in shortcuts or rigid checklists; every patient has a unique story, and each therapy session contributes to that individual's journey to recovery. You will collaborate with an array of professionals, including fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, crafting rehabilitation plans that reflect the distinctiveness of each person.

Join an Enthusiastic Team in an Extraordinary Locale

A fantastic culture defines our rehab team. We don't merely show up for our shifts — we motivate each other, share professional insights, and celebrate all victories together, both big and small. You'll be part of an environment where your contributions are valued, your personal growth is supported, and your positive influence can be felt every single day.

On top of that, consider the spectacular backdrop of Alaska. It's a land of unparalleled beauty, where majestic mountains and pristine waters invite outdoor adventures that revitalize the spirit. Picture yourself hiking through breathtaking trails or experiencing the tranquility of the Northern Lights, reminding you each day why life is cherished.

As a community enriched by native history and vibrant cultures, Anchorage offers a unique blend of opportunities. Delight in artisan coffee shops, quaint boutiques, and local markets that showcase the diverse flavors of the region, while still maintaining a pace of life that allows for connection and reflection amidst nature's splendor.

Your Ideal Candidate

We seek an individual who perceives occupational therapy as more than just a job—it's a vocation. You're the kind of person who lights up at a patient's first steps or their smiles at newfound abilities.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or a recent graduate, you will find fulfillment here if you bring passion, dedication, and a servant-heart approach to your role. If the notion of joining high-quality care with an enriching lifestyle resonates with you — this is your ideal destination.
