Your Role in Transformation

In this position, you have the unique opportunity to go beyond treating symptoms—you'll help restore routines, revive confidence, and reignite joy in everyday life. From guiding individuals recovering from strokes in fine motor rehabilitation to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, your expertise will bring person-centered care that cultivates resilience and independence.

This is not a realm for shortcuts or checklists. Here, every patient's journey is a narrative, and every therapy session represents a new chapter in their story of recovery. You'll work hand-in-hand with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to tailor rehabilitation plans that are as distinctive as the patients themselves.

Why You'll Adore the Team and This Dynamic Locale

Our community is truly one-of-a-kind. Our rehab team goes beyond the traditional work atmosphere — we uplift each other, share insights, and celebrate every achievement together. You'll be in a workplace that cherishes your contributions, encourages personal growth, and amplifies your impact each day.

And let's not forget about Fort Worth: a city where culture and creativity thrive. This is a place where art and history blend seamlessly with modern expression. Experience world-class museums, vibrant live music, and delectable cuisine ranging from Texas-style barbecue to gourmet vegan dishes. Explore walkable neighborhoods filled with unique shops and cozy cafes, while enjoying the warm ambiance adorned by local art and music. The city's comfortable pace embraces moments of connection over coffee or sunset strolls.

Who We Seek

We are in search of someone who views occupational therapy as more than just a job; it's their calling. We want an individual who feels a rush of joy when a patient regains movement, walks with less assistance, or shares heartfelt stories they once thought lost.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or a newly certified professional, you will flourish in our environment if you bring compassion, commitment, and a desire to grow with you. If the idea of intertwining exceptional care with a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you — you have just found your perfect match.

Join Us in Creating Meaningful Change

This is your chance to be part of something significant, something beyond a mere job title. Your efforts will help shape futures, invigorate recoveries, and reclaim what was once lost. And you'll do all of this in Fort Worth, a city renowned for harmonizing ambition with tranquility.

If you are eager to grow, contribute, and immerse yourself in a community that cares deeply — we can't wait to welcome you.
