As an Occupational Therapist here, you will engage in much more than treating conditions—you will help restore routines, build confidence, and rekindle the spark of joy in daily activities. Whether you're guiding stroke survivors in their fine motor recovery or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining their mobility post-surgery, you will apply all your expertise to deliver personalized care that fosters resilience and independence.

This is not a place for shortcuts or routine checklists. Each patient is a unique story, and every session becomes a chapter in their rehabilitation journey. You will collaborate with other therapists, healthcare providers, and support staff to co-create comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored for each patient's unique circumstances.

Why You'll Adore the Team — and the Vibrant Community

We've created a distinctive culture here. Our rehabilitation team operates not merely as co-workers but as a family—we encourage one another, share insights, and celebrate our victories together, both large and small. You will discover a workplace where your contribution is valued, your personal development is prioritized, and the impact of your work is evident every day.

And Frisco—oh, what a jewel! This city bursts with modernity and energy. Beyond shopping and entertainment, it boasts sprawling parks, inviting outdoor spaces, and a lively arts scene where culture thrives. You can immerse yourself in diverse dining experiences, from exquisite eateries to cozy cafes and food festivals that showcase the region's culinary creativity.

Frisco is not just a place to work; it's a vibrant community brimming with opportunities for continual exploration and connection, balanced by a warm sense of belonging, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual who views occupational therapy not merely as a profession but as a vocation, someone who illuminates when a patient regains function in their limiting conditions, takes steps toward independence, or finds their voice after silence.

Whether you are an established OTR/L or a newly certified enthusiast, you will blossom in this environment if you bring heart, dedication, and humility to your practice. If you envision blending exceptional healthcare with a fulfilling lifestyle — you've discovered your perfect fit.

Join Us in Creating Meaningful Change

This is your call to be part of something more significant than just another role. Here, your efforts will shape futures, drive recoveries, and restore what was once lost, all in a region celebrated for its pursuit of balance between ambition and tranquility.

If you're ready to advance, contribute, and immerse yourself in a compassionate community that values care — we're eager to welcome you aboard.
