In this rewarding role, you will do much more than just address symptoms — you'll be a catalyst for restoring routines, rebuilding self-assurance, and rekindling the joy of everyday activities. From facilitating rehabilitation for a stroke survivor to aiding orthopedic patients in regaining post-surgical mobility, you will harness your expertise to deliver individualized care that nurtures recovery and independence.

This isn't just a job; it's a sanctuary where every patient has a story, and each therapy session represents a significant progression in their journey. Collaborate with fellow professionals across disciplines — including therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers — to create rehabilitation plans that truly reflect the unique needs of each individual.

We've cultivated a unique camaraderie here. Our rehabilitation team is not just a group of colleagues who clock hours in and out — we uplift one another, share valuable insights, and commemorate every achievement together, large or small. In this environment, your contributions are valued, your career progression is prioritized, and the positive impacts of your work are evident each and every day.

And then there's Kansas City, a place that dazzles with unexpected delights and invites exploration. Leave behind the monotony of urban spaces to discover vibrant neighborhoods brimming with art, music, and mouthwatering culinary options. Savor the city's renowned barbecue while discovering eclectic shops, thriving art scenes, and engaging community events that provide a harmonious blend of excitement and tranquility.

The city embraces everyone, from artists and innovators to families looking for a supportive community atmosphere, ensuring there's always time for leisurely strolls in the park or lively gatherings at local festivals.

We seek individuals who view occupational therapy as more than mere employment; it's a true calling. If you light up at the sight of a patient regaining functionality, taking independent steps, or vocalizing their thoughts for the first time in a while, we want you on our team.

Whether you're an established OTR/L or a recent graduate eager to prove yourself, you will flourish in this environment if you approach your work with passion, diligence, and humility. If blending high-caliber therapeutic care with a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you — this is your calling.

This is your chance to join something much bigger than just a job title. Here, your efforts will influence lives, catalyze recoveries, and restore what once felt lost. And you will do so within a region celebrated for its unique balance of energy and serenity.

If you are eager to expand your horizons, give back to your community, and become a part of a caring environment — we are excited to hear from you.
