Perks of Joining Us

Encouraging, team-focused atmosphere with ample growth potential

Full-time hours with adaptable scheduling options

Opportunities for clinical mentorship and professional development

Access to state-of-the-art tools, facilities, and documentation systems

Involvement in quality improvement and innovative initiatives

In this position, you will do far more than address symptoms — you'll assist in restoring routines, rebuilding self-esteem, and re-igniting joy in everyday living. From guiding individuals recovering from strokes in their return to fine motor skill usage to supporting orthopedic patients as they regain mobility post-operative care, you'll bring your full spectrum of skills to provide center-focused care that encourages resilience and independence.

This environment doesn't conform to shortcuts or checklists. It's a place where every patient represents a unique narrative, and every therapy session contributes to their personal journey toward recovery. You will collaborate closely with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers to tailor rehabilitation strategies that are as distinctive as the patients themselves.

We have cultivated something exceptional within these walls. Our rehabilitation team is more than just coworkers — we are a community that supports one another, shares experiences, and rejoices in collective successes, whether grand or subtle. You will discover a workplace where your perspective is valued, your professional growth is cultivated, and your contributions are seen and acknowledged daily.

And let's not overlook the backdrop: Memphis, a city that is rife with cultural experiences and surprises for the intrepid explorer. Here, the landscape breathes music into your soul, as you stroll along the Mississippi Riverbanks, dine at local hotspots offering mouthwatering barbecue, and revel in the diverse arts displayed throughout its neighborhoods.

With a blend of artistic expression, innovative spirit, and culinary variety, Memphis is a haven for those looking to be inspired. It's a community where musicians, artists, and professionals come together, all while maintaining a lifestyle that values connection, conversation, and exploration.

We seek an individual who perceives occupational therapy as more than a career choice but as a vocation infused with purpose. Someone who experiences immense joy when witnessing a patient regain the ability to use their hand, walk with less assistance, or articulate a story they had once struggled to share.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a recent graduate, you will excel in this environment if you bring enthusiasm, dedication, and an eagerness to learn to your practice. If the idea of intertwining exceptional healthcare with a vibrant lifestyle resonates with you — your search ends here.

This is your call to be a part of something beyond mere employment. Here, your efforts will redefine futures, fuel healing journeys, and reclaim what was lost. And you will do so in a region celebrated for its harmonious blend of commitment and serenity.

So, if you are ready to flourish, contribute, and immerse yourself in a caring community — we are eager to welcome you aboard.
