What You'll Be Doing

In this pivotal role, you'll do more than address issues; you'll help mend daily routines, foster self-assurance, and reignite joy in life. From assisting stroke survivors in regaining fine motor skills to helping patients recover mobility post-surgery, you will harness your knowledge to provide care that is centered around the individual.

Here, there are no shortcuts or simple checklists. Every patient has a story to tell, and each therapy session is an important chapter in their journey to recovery. You will collaborate closely with fellow therapists, physicians, and social workers to develop rehabilitation strategies that are as distinct as the individuals they serve.

Why You'll Feel at Home on the Team — and in the Energy of New York City

We have created a unique culture here. Our rehabilitation team thrives on camaraderie, sharing insights, and celebrating victories, both large and small. You will discover a workplace where your voice is heard, your development is nurtured, and your impact is clearly visible on a daily basis.

And consider the locale: New York City, a metropolis that encapsulates the spirit of curiosity and vibrancy. Forget the mundane — here, the streets are alive with energy, the eateries offer global flavors, and cultural experiences await around every corner. Both the arts and entrepreneurial spirits flourish, creating an environment that mirrors the diverse tapestry of its inhabitants.

With food carts selling street-style gourmet dishes, brick-and-mortar restaurants serving up culinary masterpieces, and cafes buzzing with creativity, there's always something exciting happening. Amidst the urban hustle, you'll find cozy parks, community events, and bustling markets that resemble neighborhoods forming tight-knit bonds in a big city atmosphere.

Who We Need

We're in search of someone who views their role in occupational therapy as a true vocation—someone who beams with joy when a patient achieves their goals, whether it's regaining the ability to hold an object, walk unaided, or share thoughts and emotions they were once unable to express.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a newly credentialed professional, you will flourish here if you bring compassion, determination, and a willingness to learn. If the idea of merging high-quality care with a vibrant lifestyle resonates with you — you've discovered your match.

Let's Create Something Extraordinary — Together

This is your chance to be part of a movement larger than a mere job description. Your work here will help craft brighter futures, fuel healing processes, and restore the lost joys of life—all while surrounded by a community that celebrates its diversity and fosters personal growth.

If you're ready to evolve, contribute, and anchor yourself in a community that cherishes its members — we're looking forward to welcoming you to our family.
