Your Impact

In this role, you will do far more than merely address symptoms; you will assist in restoring daily routines, bolstering confidence, and igniting the joy that comes with a fulfilling life. Your expertise will be utilized in transforming the lives of individuals, from guiding stroke survivors through intricate motor rehabilitation to aiding orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery—you will deliver person-centered care that fortifies resilience and independence.

Each patient has their own personal journey, and in this enriching environment, every therapy session is an opportunity to contribute to a unique narrative that charts their comeback. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, you'll co-create individualized rehabilitation plans that acknowledge the person behind the diagnosis.

The community here pulses with creativity and collaboration, boasting stunning craft markets, eclectic galleries, and vibrant neighborhoods filled with music and moments of connection. It's a city that invites you to explore innovation while also appreciating life's simpler joys—like a leisurely stroll along the waterfront or an afternoon enjoying a food truck meal in the park.

Who We Hope to Find

We are looking for a compassionate individual who recognizes occupational therapy as not merely a profession but a calling. You are someone who finds joy in helping patients regain abilities, sharing their experiences, and witnessing their progress—be it a patient's first small victory or a significant milestone.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or a recent graduate ready to embark on a rewarding journey, you will flourish in our environment if you approach your work with heart, dedication, and humility. If you want to merge high-quality care with a vibrant lifestyle—you may have just found your ideal professional home.

Join Us in Creating Meaningful Change—Together

Embrace this opportunity to be part of something far more significant than just a job—you will shape lives, fuel recoveries, and rebuild the lives that matter so much to your patients. And you will do so in a community that enjoys a perfect mix of ambition and tranquility.

If you're ready to grow personally and professionally while contributing to a thoughtful community that cares, we are eager to meet you.
