What You'll Be Doing

In this position, your role transcends beyond mere symptom treatment; you will play a pivotal part in restoring routines, rebuilding confidence, and re-igniting joy in everyday activities. Be it guiding stroke survivors through precision rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients in reclaiming mobility post-surgery, you will leverage your extensive knowledge to provide person-first care that nourishes resilience and autonomy.

This isn't an atmosphere of shortcuts or standardized checklists. Rather, it's a dynamic space where each patient represents a unique narrative, and every therapy session becomes a critical chapter in their recovery journey. You will collaborate with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to co-design rehabilitation plans tailored to the distinct needs of individuals.

Why You'll Cherish the Team — and the Enriching Location

We have cultivated something extraordinary here. Our rehabilitation team doesn't merely clock in and out; we rally around one another, share insights, and celebrate both small and significant accomplishments. You will discover a workplace where your opinions are valued, your development is prioritized, and your contributions are visible every single day.

And let's not forget the breathtaking scenery that surrounds you: Salt Lake City, a destination that surprises and inspires those who venture here. Bid farewell to urban chaos; in this locale, majestic mountains cradle the horizon, while the nearby canyons boast tranquil trails and sparkling lakes, perfect for weekends spent exploring or soaking in the sun's warmth.

A culture rich in creativity, music, and culinary delight awaits you here. Savor gourmet meals at food pop-ups, discover local art in myriad galleries, and find solace in parks and outdoor spaces that encourage connection with nature. This enchanting city balances innovation and leisure, providing ample opportunities for both professional and personal fulfillment.

Who We're Searching For

We invite individuals who view occupational therapy as more than just a career; we seek those for whom it is a calling. If witnessing a patient regain control of their limbs, or joyfully narrating a long-suppressed story resonates with you, then we want you on our team.

Whether you come with substantial experience as an OTR/L or are an emerging talent just freshly credentialed, you will flourish here if you bring enthusiasm, dedication, and humility to your role. If the thought of merging high-quality care with a fulfilling lifestyle excites you, then look no further—you've found your haven.
