Your Impact

In this role, you'll be instrumental in not just addressing symptoms — you'll assist patients in restoring their routines, rebuilding self-assurance, and finding joy in their daily lives once more. Whether you're guiding stroke survivors through fine motor skill recovery or helping orthopedic patients regain mobility post-surgery, your skill set will shine as you provide individualized care that fosters resilience and empowerment.

We believe in an approach that goes beyond checklists and shortcuts. This is a place where each patient has a unique narrative, and every therapy session contributes to their healing journey. In collaboration with fellow therapists, physicians, and other caregivers, you will co-create rehabilitation strategies that reflect the individual stories behind each patient.

In this workplace, your insights are valued, your professional development is prioritized, and the influence you have on others is palpable every day.

And let's talk about the backdrop: Seattle — a city that captivates the imagination and embraces all things green. Instead of concrete jungles, you'll find a vibrant landscape filled with breathtaking mountains, scenic waterfronts, and enticing parks beckoning your adventurous spirit. The cultural vibe is electric, with artisan coffee shops, bustling markets, and an eclectic dining scene showcasing everything from seafood to international cuisine.

This is a community alive with artistry, innovation, and flavor, where you can relish in the blend of modern city life and serene nature. With diverse neighborhoods teeming with character, there's no shortage of experiences waiting to unfold.

Who We're Searching For

We seek individuals who view occupational therapy as more than just a career choice—it's a profound calling. Those who feel a spark when a patient regains their ability to use their hand, navigates life with less assistance, or expresses emotions once kept bottled up will thrive alongside us.

If you're a devoted OTR/L with a wealth of experience or someone newly certified bursting with potential, you will flourish here, provided you bring empathy, dedication, and humility to your work. If the idea of integrating high-caliber care with an enriching lifestyle resonates with you — you've just discovered your future home.

Join Us in Crafting Something Meaningful — Together

This is an invitation to become part of something far greater than a mere job title. Here, your contributions will influence lives, promote healing, and restore lost freedoms, all while situated in a region known for its harmonious blend of vigor and tranquility.

Thus, if you're eager to evolve, give back, and immerse yourself in a caring community — we are here to welcome you.
