Ability to thrive independently while also contributing effectively to a tight-knit, interdisciplinary group.

Benefits

A supportive, collaborative atmosphere that nurtures professional growth.

Full-time positions with adaptable scheduling options.

Access to mentorship and career advancement resources.

Opportunity to engage in quality enhancement and innovative initiatives.

Your role transcends merely treating conditions; you will aid patients in restoring their daily routines, regaining confidence, and rediscovering joy in their lives. Whether guiding stroke recovery with focused fine motor exercises or assisting orthopedic patients in enhancing their mobility post-surgery, every bit of your expertise will be directed toward delivering personalized care that fosters resilience and autonomy.

This setting is far from conventional — it's a space where every patient has a story, and each therapy session contributes to their unique narrative of recovery. You will join forces with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to craft rehabilitation plans that reflect the individuality of those you serve.

We've cultivated a remarkable community here. Our rehabilitation team doesn't simply clock in and out — we lift each other up, exchange knowledge, and celebrate victories of all sizes as a collective. Here, your input is valued, your development is a priority, and the impact of your work is visible every single day.

And let's not forget the locale: Tulsa, where creativity thrives and diverse experiences abound. Trade towering concrete for scenic parks and stunning river views. Enjoy weekend adventures of exploring galleries, theaters, and farmers' markets, adding flavor and depth to your days off.

The community is a vibrant mix of arts, culture, and gastronomy. Food lovers rejoice at diverse dining options from gourmet coffee spots to ethnic eateries. The atmosphere encourages both social connections and opportunities for peaceful walks through the parks or along the river. It's a place where individuality shines, and life moves at a pace that allows for both excitement and reflection.

We seek an individual who views occupational therapy as both a vocation and a passion. Someone who feels elated when a patient regains the ability to perform daily tasks, walks with greater independence, or expresses thoughts and feelings once restrained.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or a bright new graduate excited to start your career, you will flourish here if your work is driven by empathy, enthusiasm, and a spirit of service. If harmonious living intertwined with high standards of care inspires you — you've found your perfect fit.

If you're ready to evolve, contribute, and immerse yourself in a community that values each person — we're excited to welcome you to the team.
