A genuine passion for helping others and empowering them to reach their highest level of independence.

Excellent, empathetic communication skills for interactions with patients and team members alike.

Creative problem-solving abilities to adjust treatment plans to meet varying patient needs.

Comfortable working both independently and within a close-knit, collaborative team environment.

Perks and Benefits

A supportive, team-oriented atmosphere with opportunities for growth.

Full-time position with flexible scheduling options.

Access to clinical mentorship and professional development resources.

Utilization of superior tools, facilities, and documentation systems.

Engagement in initiatives aimed at quality enhancement and innovative practices.

In this position, you'll do more than simply address physical ailments—you'll help reestablish routines, rebuild confidence, and revive joy in the everyday. From assisting stroke survivors in fine motor recovery to helping orthopedic patients reclaim mobility post-surgery, you'll apply your knowledge to offer personalized care that promotes resilience and independence.

This environment isn't about ticking boxes or standard procedures; it's about recognizing each patient's unique journey, with every therapy session authored as a new chapter in their life story. Collaborating intimately with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, you'll co-create tailored rehabilitation strategies that reflect the distinct needs of those you serve.

We've fostered a nurturing and engaging workplace here. Our rehabilitation team doesn't simply show up for work — we uplift one another, exchange insights, and collectively celebrate both major milestones and small victories. You'll find yourself in a space where your contributions count, your progression is supported, and your impact is recognized day in and day out.

And the location is equally captivating: Louisville, a city that surprises at every turn. This vibrant hub boasts a dynamic arts scene framed by beautiful riverfronts, lush parks perfect for outdoor adventures, and culinary delights ranging from iconic hot browns to innovative craft brewery experiences.

You'll wander through bustling neighborhoods rich with boutiques and artistic galleries, and discover a local culture that thrives on connection and community. The rhythm of life here balances an energetic pace with quiet moments that invite relaxation and reflection.

We seek a passionate individual who perceives occupational therapy as more than just a career—it's a mission. Someone whose heart swells when a patient can maneuver their hand again, walk with greater ease, or articulate feelings once silenced.

If you're an accomplished OTR/L or a promising talent fresh from certification, you'll flourish here by embracing heart, dedication, and humility in your daily work. If the idea of merging high-quality care with a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you — you've found your new home.

This is your chance to become part of something larger than your job title. Here, your expertise will shape futures, facilitate healing, and help restore valuable aspects of life. You'll flourish in a region known for embracing both ambition and serenity.

So if you yearn to grow, contribute, and integrate into a community that genuinely cares—both as a patient advocate and a neighbor—we can't wait to welcome you onboard.
