In this position, you'll do much more than alleviate symptoms; you'll assist in restoring routines, rebuilding self-esteem, and rekindling joy in everyday activities. Whether you're guiding stroke survivors in fine motor rehabilitation or facilitating mobility recovery for orthopedic patients post-surgery, your expertise will enable you to provide patient-centered care that encourages resilience and regained independence.

This environment is not for checklists or hurry; instead, it thrives on understanding that every patient has a unique story, and each therapy session is a step in their journey to recovery. You'll engage in close collaboration with fellow therapists, healthcare professionals, and social workers to craft rehabilitation plans tailored to the distinct needs of each patient.

We've built an extraordinary team here. Our rehabilitation specialists are not just colleagues; we are a support system, cheering one another on, exchanging knowledge, and celebrating every achievement — large and small — together. You will find a workplace where your voice matters, your growth is nurtured, and your impact is tangible each day.

And don't forget the vibrant backdrop: Newark, New Jersey. A city that surprises and delights with its cultural diversity and artistic spirit. Abandon the concrete jungles of conventional cities; here, you'll find stunning parks, vibrant neighborhoods filled with art galleries and culinary treasures, and a community that celebrates creativity and heritage. Enjoy exploring the local dining scene, where gourmet restaurants sit comfortably alongside family-owned eateries, catering to every palate.

Newark presents a lively atmosphere where arts, music, and culture intermingle seamlessly. From historic theaters hosting innovative plays to exciting sports events, your off-duty days will be full of new experiences and adventures waiting to unfold.

We are searching for a dedicated individual who perceives occupational therapy as a true vocation. Someone whose heart swells with joy when a patient regains dexterity, requires fewer assists to walk, or finds words they had long lost.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a promising new graduate, you will flourish here if you bring genuine passion, an industrious spirit, and a heart committed to patient care. If you desire to harmonize high-caliber healthcare with an enriching lifestyle, you have discovered the perfect fit.

This is your chance to participate in something greater than a mere role. Your contributions will not just transform your patients' lives but also shape their futures and aid their recoveries in a context celebrated for its unique blend of vibrancy and tranquility.

If you're prepared to embrace growth, give back to your community, and become rooted in an environment that cares deeply—your next adventure awaits with us.
