Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members.

Creative problem-solving skills with flexibility to adjust treatment plans for varied needs.

Confidence in working both autonomously and as part of a closely-knit, interdisciplinary team.

Perks

Supportive, collaborative workplace with opportunities for professional growth.

Full-time work schedule with adaptable shifts.

Clinical mentorship and resources for career advancement.

Access to state-of-the-art tools, facilities, and documentation systems.

Engagement in quality improvement and innovative projects.

Your Impact

In this role, you won't merely be treating conditions—you will be helping to rebuild lives, restore routines, and rejuvenate the spirit of daily living. Whether aiding stroke survivors in regaining fine motor skills or assisting orthopedic patients in their recovery journey post-surgery, every bit of your expertise will be used to provide patient-centered care that nurtures resilience and encourages independence.

This environment avoids the pitfalls of checklists and rote procedures. Here, each patient represents a unique narrative, and every therapy session becomes a significant chapter in their recovery journey. You'll collaborate with fellow therapists doctors, nurses, and social workers to co-create rehabilitation strategies as unique as the individuals you're serving.

Why You'll Love Being Part of Our Team — and the Community

We have fostered a remarkable environment here. Our rehabilitation team functions like a family, supporting one another, sharing insights, and celebrating every single victory—both big and small. This is a workplace where your contributions matter, your advancement is valued, and you witness your impact every single day.

And then there's Oklahoma City— a vibrant metropolis bursting with energy, creativity, and an unparalleled sense of community. Forget the hustle of towering skyscrapers; this city offers a lively blend of artsy galleries, revitalized bricktown, and parks where you can unwind after work. Farmers' markets brim with fresh produce, while food enthusiasts delight in exploring local eateries with flavors from around the globe. The social scene pulses with music, art, and innovation, creating a setting that encourages exploration and connection. Whether you're relaxing by the serene rivers, attending a lively musical performance, or discovering local gems in charming neighborhoods, you will find a lifestyle that promotes balance and creativity in every moment.

Who We're Seeking

We're searching for someone who approaches occupational therapy as more than just a job but as a genuine vocation. If you thrive at seeing a patient grasp a paintbrush again, walk with less assistance, or recount a story they thought lost to them, we want you on our team.

If you are an experienced OTR/L or a rising talent fresh into certification, this environment will enable you to flourish if you possess heart, drive, and humility. If the idea of combining exemplary patient care with a high-quality lifestyle resonates with you—this is your place.

Join Us in Building Meaningful Connections

This is your chance to be part of something significant that transcends a mere job description. Here, your efforts will shape lives, energize rehabilitation, and restore what was once thought to be lost. You will thrive in a region that exemplifies both ambition and tranquility.

So if you're ready to evolve, give back, and immerse yourself in a compassionate community where care takes precedence—we are eager to meet you.
