A genuine passion for helping others achieve their highest potential for independence.
Excellent empathetic communication skills, both with patients and colleagues.
Creative thinking and the ability to adapt treatment plans based on diverse needs.
Capability to work independently while being an integral part of a cohesive, multidisciplinary team.
Benefits
Caring, collaborative environment with opportunities for advancement.

Guidance from seasoned mentors and valuable career development resources.
Access to state-of-the-art equipment, facilities, and documentation platforms.
Engagement in quality improvement and innovative initiatives.
The Role You'll Play
In this position, your role extends beyond mere treatment; you'll be an instrument in restoring meaningful routines, nourishing self-assurance, and rekindling happiness in everyday life. Whether guiding patients recovering from strokes through intricate motor skill rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining movement post-surgery, your expertise will ensure each individual receives compassionate, personalized care that promotes resilience and independence.
This environment thrives on authentic connections rather than check-lists. Each patient represents a unique narrative, and every therapy session is an essential chapter in their journey toward recovery. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, you will co-design rehabilitation plans that are as distinctive as the individuals you serve.
Why You'll Adore the Team — and the Enchanting Environment That Surrounds You
We've cultivated something extraordinary within our team. Here, coworkers aren't just colleagues; they're companions in the mission, offering encouragement, sharing insights, and celebrating victories—both grand and simple. Experience a workplace where your input holds weight, your personal development is paramount, and your contributions resonate with visible impacts every single day.
And let's talk about the backdrop: Orlando, a destination that captivates with its rich tapestry of life. Picture colorful theme parks and natural springs, a vibrant culinary scene where world-class cuisine meets global flavors, and easy access to breathtaking venues for outdoor activities. This city pulsates with creativity, a flourishing arts scene, and the spirit of collaboration that embraces innovation.
As the community draws in dreamers, visionaries, and creators, it maintains a lifestyle that allows for relaxation, connection, and exploration, from the amusement parks to nature trails and beyond.
Who We Seek
We're on the lookout for someone who feels that occupational therapy extends beyond mere occupation, but a true calling. A person who finds joy in witnessing a patient regain the ability to utilize their hand, take steps toward independence, or express a thought for the first time.
Whether you're an accomplished OTR/L or a promising newcomer freshly certified, if you approach your role with your heart, dedication, and humility, you're destined to flourish here. If the idea of merging expert care with a rewarding lifestyle resonates with you — welcome home.
