Confidence in working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a close-knit, interdisciplinary team

Team-oriented culture emphasizing growth and collaboration

Full-time schedule with flexibility in shifts

Access to professional mentorship and career advancement resources

Utilization of cutting-edge tools, facilities, and documentation systems

Engagement in quality improvement and innovation efforts

In this fulfilling role, you will not only address medical needs but also restore routines, build confidence, and inspire joy in daily activities. Whether you are guiding stroke survivors through fine motor tasks or assisting orthopedic patients as they regain mobility post-surgery, every bit of your expertise will contribute to tailored, person-centered care that nurtures resilience and independence.

This environment values individuality and storytelling, where each patient's journey and each therapy session contribute to their unique narrative. You will collaborate closely with fellow therapists, medical personnel, and social workers to formulate rehabilitation strategies that reflect the distinctiveness of each patient.

We have cultivated a supportive and vibrant culture. Our rehabilitation team takes pride in more than just fulfilling their duties — we uplift one another, exchange knowledge, and celebrate all achievements together. You will discover a workplace that values your input, promotes your development, and allows you to witness the tangible impact of your work daily.

The community of Santa Ana is simply enchanting. Nestled in the heart of Southern California, it's a region where artistic expression meets cultural diversity. Here, you can indulge in delectable culinary offerings, explore eclectic art galleries, or unwind in lush parks. The area is bursting with life, including trendy shops, lively music venues, and inviting cafes that spark conversations between neighbors.

Santa Ana invites the spirit of adventure. With both the beach and mountains within reach, every weekend can be a new exploration — whether it's surf lessons at enchanting coastlines or hiking in picturesque trails. The rhythm of life here blends creativity, leisure, and the warmth of a friendly environment, making it a place to truly call home.

We are searching for a dedicated individual who perceives occupational therapy as more than just a job, but a true vocation. A person who feels exhilarated watching a patient carry out their daily activities with renewed strength or express emotions they've found difficult to articulate.

If you are a seasoned OTR/L or a passionate new graduate with ambition and compassion. If the idea of merging high-quality patient care with a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you — we encourage you to consider this opportunity wholeheartedly.

This is more than just an opportunity; it is a chance to be part of a mission that transcends job roles. Your work will not only influence futures and facilitate recoveries but will also restore connections and joy in lives across the community.

Ready to embark on a rewarding journey where your talents can flourish? We're eager to welcome you into our vibrant community.
