Your Role in Healing

In this position, your role extends beyond merely addressing symptoms; you'll be pivotal in restoring daily routines, restoring self-esteem, and reviving joy in living. Whether you're helping a stroke survivor regain fine motor skills or assisting an orthopedic patient in overcoming mobility challenges post-surgery, your expertise will shine through in the personalized care you offer — promoting resilience and independence.

Our environment isn't one driven by routine or checklists. It is a place where each patient has a narrative, and every therapy session represents a page in their recovery journey. You will collaborate intimately with fellow therapists, doctors, and social workers to develop rehabilitation plans that celebrate individuality.

Why You'll Cherish Your Team — and Sioux Falls

We take pride in what we've cultivated here. Our rehabilitation team thrives on support — we motivate each other, exchange knowledge, and rejoice in each success, big or small. You'll discover a workplace where your insights are valued, your professional growth is prioritized, and the positive impact of your work is evident every day.

And let's not forget about Sioux Falls, a gem of a city that surprises and enthralls. Embrace life outside of concrete, as this city is home to breathtaking parks, picturesque waterfalls, and exquisite trails perfect for biking, walking, or simply soaking in nature. The vibrant arts scene welcomes creators from every walk of life, while charming cafes and restaurants satisfy every palate — from gourmet dining to local delicacies.

This community is marked by a spirit of togetherness, where residents enjoy the pace of life that fosters conversation and connection. With farmers markets, local festivals, and outdoor music events, there is always something happening in this friendly city that is as dynamic as it is inviting.

Who We're Seeking

We are in search of an individual who views occupational therapy as not just a job, but a vocation. Someone who experiences a thrill when a patient completes a task on their own, takes steps with less assistance, or finally shares their thoughts after a long silence.

Whether you're an experienced OTR/L or a fresh graduate ready to make your mark, you will flourish here if you infuse your work with compassion, enthusiasm, and integrity. If the prospect of marrying exceptional care with a vibrant lifestyle appeals to you — your perfect fit awaits.

Join Us in Creating Lasting Change

This is your invitation to become part of something far more significant than a mere job. Here, your efforts will shape destinies, accelerate recoveries, and restore what once was. All while you settle into a community celebrated for its delightful balance of industry and tranquility.

So, if you're ready to evolve, give back, and immerse yourself in a caring community — we can't wait to meet you.
