Job description
Maple City Rehabilitation and Nursing in Hornell, NY is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team. You will evaluate and develop a treatment plan for residents based on medical diagnosis and implement plans to improve residents’ goals toward functional independence.
You will assess and document progress in recertifications, progress reports, and daily notes, and supervise occupational therapy assistants.
