Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients recovering from major illness and injury in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based treatments, assist with evaluations, and guide patients through ADL and functional training to restore safety, mobility, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a culture focused on compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth.
