Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in Vero Beach, FL. In this role, you will support occupational therapists in delivering evidence-based rehabilitation to adult patients recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic activities, documenting progress, and educating patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment that values clinical excellence, compassion, continuous learning, and professional growth.
