Optometrist – One Day Per Week | Forty Fort, PA The IMA Group | Independent Practice, Evaluation-Based Exams Only
Add a steady, predictable day of supplemental revenue to your practice, with no treatment responsibilities.
The IMA Group partners with licensed Optometrists to perform evaluation-only exams for individuals applying for disability and related benefits. We're seeking a provider in Forty Fort, PA to see scheduled patients one day per week in their own office.

What You'll Do
Perform focused eye exams, including visual acuity and visual fields
Document vision impairment for evaluation purposes (not diagnosis or treatment)
Complete clear, objective medical reports
What You Need
Active OD, MD, or DO license
Your own office or established practice in or near Forty Fort, PA (required)
Strong attention to detail and comfort with report writing
