Job description
EmpowerMe Wellness seeks licensed therapists to join our EmpowerMe 360 program serving seniors in community-based settings. You’ll provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) to older adults and work within a collaborative team to support independence and safety.
You’ll conduct assessments, develop personalized care plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and assist with care coordination, telehealth, and program development.
